President’s Report

Great to have another exciting week beginning with International Director – Joan Gilson organising a fabulous night out at the Maharajah Indian restaurant. Thanks to the members who came dressed in their Indian attire we all felt we were a the Best Exotic Marigold Hotel for dinner. Congratulations Joan on a wonderful night. Many thanks to our Corporate members Maxine and John Adams, Catherine Vaara and Ian Ross. Great also to see Honorary member Shibu.

Our Corporate member Ian Ross (Hastings Secondary College Westport Campus) is competing in a charity fund raiser for the Cancer Council on Friday 5th April and our club were able to donate $100 to help him in his fund raising as he pointed out all funds raised will be going to our local community.
